Maandrik (“we”, “us”, or “our”) built the Say Bingo! Android application (the “App”), published under the FrameSway brand, as a commercial product. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses, how it is used and the choices available to you.
By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information stored on your device
The App stores only the information needed to run your bingo games and remember your choices. Android keeps this information in the App’s private storage.

1.2 Technical information processed when using online features
When the App downloads the voice catalogue or a voice package from saybingo.maandrik.com, the hosting infrastructure may process standard request data.

1.3 Information we do not collect
- We do not require an account, name, postal address or telephone number.
- We do not access your contacts, messages, call history, photos, videos, camera or microphone.
- We do not record players, listen to the room or upload spoken audio.
- We do not receive the numbers or values entered on players’ physical cards.
- We do not operate gambling, accept stakes or process prize payments.
- The printable-card generator on this website runs in your browser; generated cards are not sent to our server.
2. How Your Information Is Used
Information processed by the App is used to provide the features you choose:
- Game data → draw balls, display the board, pause for claims and restore an unfinished game.
- Preferences → apply your selected language, voice, reading mode, speed and ball interval.
- Voice downloads → install recorded number and confirmation audio for offline playback.
- Completed-game count → determine whether advertising is eligible to appear.
- Purchase information → verify and restore the one-time Premium upgrade.
- Diagnostics → prepare an email that you can review, edit or cancel before sending.
3. Third-Party Services

Voice packages are pre-generated recordings. The App does not send your gameplay or live text-to-speech requests to an external speech provider.
Google’s processing is governed by the Google Privacy Policy, Google advertising information and Google Payments Privacy Notice.
4. Data Storage and Security
- Game data, settings, logs and voice packages are stored in Android’s private application storage.
- Voice catalogues, voice packages and policy pages are delivered over HTTPS.
- The App does not maintain a user-account database or upload game histories to our servers.
- Access to operational hosting logs is restricted and used for service reliability and security.
- No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
- Local game data and preferences remain until you clear the App’s data or uninstall it.
- Voice packages remain until you delete them in the App, clear App data or uninstall the App.
- The recent local diagnostic log is rotated by the App and is not transmitted automatically.
- Operational web logs are retained only for the period reasonably required for security, diagnosis and service operation.
- Emails you voluntarily send are retained as needed to answer your request, investigate a problem and meet applicable legal obligations.
6. Children’s Privacy
Say Bingo! is intended for family entertainment under adult supervision and is not designed to collect personal information from children. The App has no profiles, chat, public sharing or social features. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us by email, contact us so that we can review and delete it where appropriate.
7. Permissions Summary
The released Android package may include the following permissions directly or through Google libraries:

The App does not request camera, microphone, contacts, location, photo-library or storage permissions.
8. Your Choices and Rights
You can use the App without creating an account, choose which voice packages to install, delete downloaded packages, decline to send feedback or diagnostics, manage advertising consent where available and purchase Premium to remove advertising permanently.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. Because most Say Bingo! data exists only on your device, clearing App data or uninstalling the App directly removes it.
9. International Processing
Online service providers may process technical data in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate legal safeguards are used by those providers for international transfers.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App’s features, providers or legal requirements change. The current version will always be published at this address with a revised “Last updated” date.
